Boma – Flavors of Africa– Bask in the warmth of this expansive and inviting family buffet which resembles an African marketplace. Experience open kitchens and watch the creative culinary team prepare salads, vegetarian dishes, grilled seafood and roasted meats — inspired by the varied flavors of over 50 African countries from the coast of the Mediterranean to the Indian Ocean. Capture the magic of the alluring tapestry of tastes and textures that make up the flavors of Africa.
Jiko – The Cooking Place – Relax as twin wood-burning ovens roar and the soothing, warm colors of an African sunset bring energy to this remarkable restaurant’s comfortable setting. Taste creative American cooking that is a unique blend of multi-cultural influences — from the Mediterranean coast, India and Europe. Savor seafood, steak, chicken and vegetarian offerings infused with the vibrant flavors and fragrant spices of Africa. The robust grapes of South Africa merit a tasting at the adjacent Cape Town Lounge and Wine Bar.
The Mara – Enjoy a savanna of specialties at this American cuisine quick-service food court featuring a sweeping selection of soups, sandwiches, salads, pizzas and hamburgers.
Uzima Springs Pool Bar – Invigorate yourself at this “spring of life” with cocktails, frozen drinks, beer and wine. Sip on a Swahili colada at this thatched hut or try the Safari Amber on tap. Casa and Tusker lager are available bottled. Sandwiches are also served.
Cape Town Lounge and Wine Bar – Sample South African wines at this intimate watering hole near Jiko – The Cooking Place. Enjoy an appetizer and wine pairing prior to your meal at Jiko, or order from the full Jiko menu and dine at the bar. A full bar is also available.
Victoria Falls Lounge – Sample suds from South Africa pre- or post-dinner at this intimate upstairs bar overlooking Boma restaurant. South African wines are also featured; enjoy them by the fire pit outside. The full Jiko menu and a full bar are also available.

Children’s Activities
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Animal Programs – Join us for viewings and activities honoring the creatures of the savanna. Go on a cultural safari, watch animals at play at dusk with night vision, try your hand as a junior researcher, or watch animal handlers feed the pelicans and flamingos.
Simba’s Cubhouse – Enjoy a parents’ night out and treat children ages 4-12 to an evening of supervised activities, computer games, Disney movies, dinner and snacks in an environment created just for them.
Pumbaa’s Fun & Games Arcade – Play:both classic arcade favorites and the latest in video game entertainment at this high-tech game room, located next to The Mara restaurant and across from the wading pool.
Hakuna Matata Playground – Climb, slide and have fun with “no worries” on this 24-hour playground located next to the pool, overlooking the flamingo area and savanna.
